L.E.A.F. 2009

Loving Equally All Families

The L.E.A.F. Project committee has been meeting for almost a year in planning this upcoming work week, July 11, 13-18.  Click here for membership list.

Thank you to the many volunteers that have signed up to help this year.  Whether you are on a work site, in the kitchen, on the phones, etc. the contribution of your time is invaluable to the success of the L.E.A.F. Project.

More than 80 applications have been received for 2009.   There is great need in our community but there is also great generosity!  Dozens of homeowners in need will be blessed by the skills/talents and willingness of our volunteers to make a difference.

It’s not too late to help!  If you are interested in volunteering call the Parish Offices at 599-8570.  You can volunteer for a few hours, days or the entire week – whatever you are able to do.

Congratulations Graduates!

CAMA 2009

The theme of this year's Lenten series sponsored by the Conneaut Area Ministerial Association was "Weaving the Fabric of Faith."  The ecumenical services began at St. Mary/St. Frances Cabrini on March 5 and continued each Thursday during Lent at various area churches concluding at Family Fellowship on April 2.  Each church presented strips of cloth that were then woven into the cross shown in the following pictures.

Vision from Bishop Murry

The following is the Vision Statement from Bishop Murry which gives a direction for the diocese and the parishes for the future. The Vision Statement also has 8 Core Values with it and are used in the Evaluation Tool. I encourage you to read through the Evaluation Tool and send your responses to the Parish Offices or email them. They will be incorporated into the final document for the parish. This final document will also be on the Parish Web Page.

Thank you for your assistance and interest in this evaluation.

Fr. Raymond J. Thomas, Pastor.
